Terms of Service

1. These terms

Intelix360 is provided by Aptivix Technologies LLP (“Aptivix”, “we”), of HD-307, WeWork DLF Forum, Cybercity, Phase-III, Gurugram - 122002. These terms govern your use of this website and, together with the agreement signed with your business, the Intelix360 platform. Where a signed agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement applies.

2. About this website

This website describes the Intelix360 platform. Screens shown here are representations of the product populated with fictional demonstration data; they are not the records of any real business. Capabilities marked as planned or coming soon are not available, and nothing on this website is a commitment to deliver them by any date.

We aim to keep the information accurate, but it is provided for general information and does not form part of any contract until a written agreement is in place.

3. Accounts and access

Access to the Intelix360 platform is provided to a business, which creates users and assigns their roles and permissions. That business is responsible for who it grants access to, for keeping credentials confidential, and for the activity carried out under its account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully, or to store or transmit unlawful content
• Attempt to access another business's data, or any part of the system you are not authorised to use
• Probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission
• Interfere with the service, including by circumventing rate limits
• Reverse engineer, copy or resell the software except where the law permits

5. Your business data

The records your business enters into Intelix360 remain yours. We process them to provide and support the service, in line with our privacy policy and your agreement. We do not use one customer's business data for another customer, and we do not sell it.

6. Fees

Fees, the plan and the billing period are set out in the quotation and agreement for your business. Prices are not published on this website; a quote is provided after discussing your requirements. Unless the agreement says otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep Intelix360 available and to resolve issues promptly, and support is provided as described in your agreement. We do not publish an availability figure on this website and therefore make no uptime guarantee here. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practical.

8. Changes to the service

The platform is developed continually. We may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces a capability your business relies on, we will give reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual property

The Intelix360 software, its interfaces, documentation, name and branding belong to Aptivix. Use of the service does not transfer any ownership in it. You keep all rights in your own business data and content.

10. Third-party links

This website links to sites we do not control, including aptivix.in. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for fraud. Subject to that, and except as set out in your signed agreement, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings arising from use of this website.

12. Termination

Termination of a subscription is governed by your agreement. We may suspend access where an account is being used in breach of these terms or where suspension is necessary to protect the platform or other customers.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where your signed agreement provides otherwise.
